The petitioner seeks bail in Amour P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section-376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/6 of the POCSO Act. The allegation against the petitioner is of commission of rape against a minor girl.

Hence I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Birendra Kumar, J) A.K.V./- U T
