There does not appear to be any controversy over the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2038 of 2021(7) dt.28-01-2022 2/2 fact that the petitioner has alternative statutory remedy under Section 48 of the Co-operative Societies Act for resolution of the dispute in question.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has, however, placed reliance on certain reports brought on record by way of counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State of Bihar. We need not comment on the same in the present order. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all such points as may be legally available to him before appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.

This writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
