In view of the averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of Jai Prakash University, giving details of payments made to the petitioner, this Court finds that the order of the Court dated 18.08.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 240 of 2012 has been substantially complied with. There being no rejoinder, the Court is not in a position to comment as to whether the entire amount has

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a representation before the Registrar and Finance Officer of the University with regard to any discrepancy or remaining grievance, within one month from today along with a copy of this order. If the same is filed, the concerned officers shall look into the same and pass a reasoned order.
