11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioners, in the present case, are seeking regular bail in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 244/2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. this petitioner had given a lathi blow on the head of Vikash Kumar Sah and Amar Paswan had also assaulted to Om Prakash Sah. It would appear that those are simple in nature. He also submits that the accused persons who have caused grievous injury have

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and materials on record, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S.
