2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 5 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 127(2), 115(2), 75, 79, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(ii), 3(1)(w)(i) of the SC/ST Act. of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the father of the main accused Sintu Kumar against whom the allegation is of having tried to commit rape with the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The

5. Learned counsel for the informant and the learned A.P.P. appearing for the State have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below, Supaul in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 5 of 2025.
