The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 201 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 363, 364, 366A and 120b/34 of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that informant gave a written report before the SHO of Dhamdaha P.S. stating therein that on 25.07.2015 this petitioner along with other FIR named accused persons hatching a conspiracy in furtherance of their common intention kidnapped her minor daughter, aged about 14 years either to sale or to commit her murder. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The main allegation is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58092 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2016 against one Chote Jha. As far as the petitioner is concerned, general and omnibus allegation has been made. The victim is said to have been recovered along with the said Chote Jha. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 201 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
