Mr.Sri Sakir Ahmad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

By the earlier order dated 03.12.2018, petitioner nos. 2 and 3 have been granted bail.

Now the only question is with regard to the admissibility of bail to the petitioner no. 1, who alongwith other co-accused, namely, Shailesh Manjhi and Indal Manjhi had assaulted the deceased Adalat Manjhi by rod resulting in his death.

In view of there being specific allegation against the petitioner herein of assaulting the deceased as corroborated by the materials on record in the case dairy, this Court does not feel inclined to grant bail to the petitioner no. 1.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68863 of 2018(4) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Hence the bail application of the petitioner no. 1 is rejected.
