Counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks from the date of restoration of normalcy. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pothia P.S. case No.203/19 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 504, 506, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the accused persons tried to pour kerosene oil and burn the victim. Later on, the victim succumbed to burn injuries.

No.3754 of 2021(3) dt.06-09-2021 2/3 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Both the petitioners are sisters-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Earlier the case was instituted for offence under Section 307 I.P.C. and other allied Sections of the I.P.C. Later on, charge sheet has been submitted in the present case in respect of offence under Section 304B of I.P.C. Petitioners are ladies. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the complaint case/F.I.R.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on their personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Kishanganj in connection with Pothia P.S. case No.203/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Once the normalcy is restored, the petitioners will
