JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and the Corporation.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order dated 11.2.2014, which was impugned in the instant writ proceedings, has been withdrawn during pendency of the writ petition and the only grievance which remains is that his pay has not been fixed in the due grade pay as a result of withdrawing of letter dated 11.2.2014 bearing memo no. 1419, by which his pay was reduced. He submits that for proper fixation he would move

Patna High Court CWJC No.9204 of 2014 (5) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 respondent no.2 by making his representation within a period of four weeks from today.

Without expressing any opinion on the aforesaid submission, this Court would permit the petitioner that a representation as claimed herein above be submitted by him before respondent no.2 within a period of four weeks from today. On such application being made, respondent no.2 shall be obliged to consider petitioner's claim within a period of three months thereafter, and dispose of the claim by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.
