2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is no more res integra, it has been decided by this Court on 7.8.2018 in CWJC No. 17983 of 2016 (Dr. Vijay Prasad Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the decision dated 7.8.2019 in CWJC No. 17983 of 2016 and if the case of the petitioner is covered by the aforesaid decision, similar treatment should be extended to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10022 of 2014 dt.18-08-2018 2/2 petitioner of this case also. Final decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
