The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 131/2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that as per allegation co-accused Jairam Das has got sale deed executed by the petitioner in the name of a dead person, namely, Mahanth Janki Das. It is contended that out of five accused persons all except the petitioner have been granted bail. Co-accused Jairam Das has also granted bail by a Single Judge Bench of this Court. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58354 of 2015 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2/2 case, let the petitioner, namely, Raji Rai be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 131/2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
