In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No.64 of 2013 (S.Tr. No.529 of 2015), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court has perused the report dated 20.12.2017, which says that the case is at argument stage. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
