2. The respondent authorities are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.

3. The case of the petitioner shall be disposed of after hearing the representative of the petitioner/ family member of the petitioner and all the grounds raised by the petitioner shall be considered for taking a humane view in the matter.

4. The disposal of representation of the petitioner for payment of ex-gratia amount because of Covid death shall not be disposed mechanically but will be considered properly and thereafter a decision shall be taken.
