2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 62, 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on 19.02.2026 at about 09:00 PM, the informant, after parking his motorcycle, went inside his house for dinner and when he came out, he saw that two persons after breaking the lock of his motorcycle were attempting to take it away, however, on chase, one person was apprehended, who disclosed his name as also the name of this petitioner, who fled away with said motorcycle, whereupon the FIR was lodged. Petitioner has got six criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44038 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
