The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 54/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 134 of the P.R. Act.

The informant, Block Development Officer, Imamganj alleged that the BLO created problems in smooth holding of elections and they were absent from the office with relevant records of election.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are on strike. They have not taken any records.

No.46743 of 2016 (2) dt.05-12-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 54/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
