2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 307, 353, 332 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 13.05.2019 by the informant Vinod Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleges that 30 to 35 persons, this includes the petitioner, armed with various weapons have attacked the informant and the officials, this caused injuries to the constables and damaged to the motorcycles which led to the F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that omnibus allegation is against the petitioner.

5. Learned APP has taken this Court to the F.I.R. to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44633 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 show that the matter is of the year 2019 and the petitioner also has criminal antecedent.

5. Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also he delayed coming to the Court, in the opinion of the Court, it would be appropriate that the petitioner takes bail.

6. The anticipatory bail stands rejected.

7. If however, the petitioner approaches the Court in next four weeks and files bail application, the same shall be taken up and disposed of preferably on the same day. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jyoti Kumari/- U T
