JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents authorities to restore the electrical connection to the house of the petitioner forthwith and without any delay.

(ii) To issue direction to the authorities not to create

(iii) To issue any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case including the damages and the cost of the present litigation."

2. Mr. Rajesh Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed during the pendency of the writ petition and hence, the same need not be pressed.
