The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the petitioners along with their parents namely Raman Kumar and Dhrarmsheela Devi came and assaulted the informant by means of iron rod and khanti causing injury on his head, when the husband of the informant came to her rescue, the accused person also assaulted her causing injury on the hand and head. The accused persons snatched the gold chain of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61580 of 2017(2) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of land dispute accusation has been levelled. The accusation is omnibus and general. None of the injured have sustained any grievous injuries. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation being omnibus and general in the background of land dispute and none has received any grievous injury coupled with statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.199 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
