Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 358 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the First Information Report has been lodged after delay of one week without there being any explanation for the same.
