2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Case No. 557 of 2023 arising out of Chautham P.S. Case No. 303 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 504, 506, 427, 385 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and other co-accused persons are said to have fired on the prosecution side. The firing did not hit anyone.

4. The petitioner, though absconded earlier but now he is in custody for more than one years.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, V, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Case No. 557 of 2023 arising out of Chautham P.S. Case No. 303 of 2019.
