2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 379, 354(A)(B), 436, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners came to the house of the informant and started abusing her and on protest, accused persons pushed the informant on ground due to which she became semi naked. Accused persons snatched gold Jitiya from her and also assaulted her daughter.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that these petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44225 of 2025(3) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 in this case. parties are gotia and due to land dispute simple marpit took place between them. There is case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all these petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Barhara Police Station Case No. 37 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
