The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shahpur (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No.279 of 2016, a case under Sections 307/302/120B and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of commission of fatal wound by fire-arm is against co-accused Rajesh Thakur. The firing of this petitioner had caused injury at the palm of the right hand of the informant and not to the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2017.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62466 of 2017 (3) dt.15-02-2018 P2/ bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
