2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 430 of 2023, lodged under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 24.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2065 of 2024 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail two months after framing of charge.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the charge has already been framed in this case much earlier.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48093 of 2024(3) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 for bail and submits that a report has been called for by which it transpires that the charge has already been framed in this case on 22.02.2024, thereafter, process has been issued for evidence.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 430 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
