JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-06-2021 Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh No. 3, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Pauthu P. S. Case No. 52 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. but there is no specific accusation against him. The act of assault by means of a Khanti injuring the informant has been attributed to one Ishwar Dayal Paswan. Even the injury on the person of the informant has been opined to be simple in nature.

No.40147 of 2020(2) dt.09-06-2021 2/2 Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. - II, Aurangabad, in connection with Pauthu P. S. Case No. 52 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
