JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appeal against the order dated 04.12.2018 passed by the District Magistrate, Gaya in Arms Case No. 99 of 2017.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the aforesaid order dated 04.12.2018 passed by the District Magistrate, Gaya and if the appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be examined on merits without the appellate authority being impeded by the issue of limitation.
