The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 357 of 2021 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further he submits that husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
