ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-01-2023 Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vikash Kumar, learned SC-11 for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of earlier order passed by this Hon'ble Court the payment of admissible G.P.F. and group insurance with statutory interest were made to the petitioner but there is still some dues. Learned counsel for the State submits that a detail calculation has also been filed in proof of the admissible dues and according to the State, all admissible dues are paid. In this background the present writ application is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner that he may file representation showing the amount which has not been paid

Patna High Court CWJC No.11642 of 2022(3) dt.06-01-2023 2/2 according to him before the authority concerned, then he shall decide the matter within 6 months from the date of receiving the representation.

With this direction, the writ application is hereby disposed off.
