2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 293 of 2023 arising out of Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2021 dated 17.04.2021 lodged under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the I.P.C..
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 10.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16605 of 2023 bail petition of the petitioner was rejected with a liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. He further submits that charge has been framed on 18.04.2023 in this case and four months has already been lapsed.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail but submits that charge has already been framed.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Jamui in connection with Sessions Trial No. 293 of 2023 arising out of Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) ravishankar/- U T
