2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely because they happen to be the relatives of the husband of the deceased. The petitioners were living separately and had no concern with day to day matters from the deceased and her husband. The accusations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of the accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
