Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 459, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that the petitioner, in the wee hours, entered into the house of the informant and on her protest, he fired at her husband who died later on. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on account of some altercation which took place between the petitioner and the informant a day prior to this occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 16.3.2018.

Petitioner appears to be the assailant of the deceased and he has criminal antecedent, as such, his prayer for bail is refused.
