This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Harnaut P.S.Case No.205 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 308 and 504 the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though there is a case under Section 308 of the Indian Penal Code but there is nothing prima facie against the petitioner and whatever has been specifically attributed are against the other accused, who are not petitioners before this Hon'ble Court and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54521 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2017 petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that there is nothing specific against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No.205 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
