The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 188, 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court in writ petition filed by Ratan Prakash Singh for cancellation of Jamabandi of the petitioner therein, the FIR has been registered by the Revenue authorities wherein it is alleged that the accused petitioner was cultivating the land forcibly and have violated the status quo order passed by the High Court.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail subject the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
