The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking direction to the Respondent-State authorities for re-verification of the documents filed before them in regard to their education certificates of Class-Inter which has been found to be forged by the Respondent-State authorities and
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1036 of 2021(5) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 F.I.R. has been lodged.
3. In the aforesaid situation, the petitioner has remedy to file appropriate petition for quashing of the F.I.R. which has been based on so called forged education certificate of the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the present petition is not maintainable.
5. Hence, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take legal remedy as per law. (Jitendra Kumar, J.) ravishankar/- U T
