The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.303 of 2016 registered under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act.

The accusation is that in course of raid, this petitioner was found using the electric energy at 'SULABH SAUCHALAYA' by putting 'TOKA' in L.T. line causing loss of Rs.21,799/- to the Electricity Department.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, 'SULABH SAUCHALAYA', which was being run by this petitioner was stopped due to non further allotment to this petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44377 of 2016 (2) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.303 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
