The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 05.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27075 of 2016 to the extent that father's name of petitioner Rameshwar Rai be read as Lalpyari Rai @ Bishundeo Rai in stead of Rampyari Rai.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said mistake perpetuates in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition as well as in the Vakalatnama.

Learned counsel for the petitioner files fresh Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party depicting his father's name as Lalpyari Rai @ Bishundeo Rai.

The order dated 05.09.2016 stands modified to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43845 of 2016 (2) dt.19-10-2016 extent that father's name of petitioner be read as Lalpyari Rai @ Bishundeo Rai.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
