In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 30(A) /34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that 37 litres of mahua liquor has been recovered from a covered ditch which is in front of the house of this petitioner.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below
