The present application for anticipatory bail is being filed by the petitioners stating that the earlier petition has been rejected, but in view of the changed circumstances, the petitioner is presenting the present application.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the successive application is not barred in view of the apex court judgement cited in AIR 2010 SC Vol. II 1225. It is submitted that the parties have compromised the matter and the dispute having been resolved between the parties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56666 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 and a compromise petition annexure 5 having been placed on record the court may extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Having considered all facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 182/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
