JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner fired upon brother of informant and snatched his golden chain. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. No such occurrence, as alleged in the FIR, has taken place and no injury was caused to the brother of informant as there is no injury report on record. Petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2020 and investigation in this case is complete. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
