=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-11-2015 Since the petitioner has already appeared pursuant to the cancellation of bail bonds, evidently this application has become infructuous. It is dismissed as such.

It has been submitted that this Court should deprecate the order of the Court below. Since even though this Court had said that the bail bonds to be cancelled if the accused fails to appear on two dates but the court below had cancelled the bail bonds on none appearance on a single date.

Since it is discretion of the trial Court to take such action, as required in the interest of justice to ensure that the trial is not delayed, I see no reason for doing so. Hence the application stands rejected.
