Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barhara (Raghubansh Nagar) P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is said to have committed rape upon the victim.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of two weeks from today. If he does not
