JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-04-2025 At the outset, Mr. Sarvan Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner informed this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the sole petitioner died and further he has no instruction from his legal heirs to press the writ petition.

2. In view, thereof, the present writ petition stands dismissed. However, the dismissal of the order shall not come in the way of the legal heirs to pursue the remedy before the appropriate forum.
