On 01.10.2015, the case was adjourned on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner to enable him to file supplementary affidavit bringing on record material to show that the petitioner would still get the benefit claimed by him despite not having complied with the requirements within the stipulated time. However, today learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not in a position to file such supplementary affidavit.
In view of the aforesaid, the Court does not find any ground to pass any positive order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.
