Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 289 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty politics. Petitioners have not committed any forgery in the education certificates. Petitioners are ladies having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1931 of 2021(5) dt.27-01-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 289 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
