The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under section 379 of the IPC on the allegation of theft of a motorcycle.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been named in this case on his own confessional statement. There is no recovery from him and only one case, mentioned in paragraph 3 of the bail application, is pending against him. Petitioner is in custody since 11.9.2017.
In the facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as mentioned above, be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Pipra Police Station Case No. 61 of 2017 on the following conditios:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how

(b) The petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
