2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.222 of 2025, registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the FIR, total 98 litres of illicit county made liquor was recovered from two plastic sacks kept in the bushes.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The recovery is made from an open place which is accessible to anyone. 5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Nawada, in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.222 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
