The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila (Muzaffarpur East) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 376, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present First Information Report has been lodged after one week without any explanation. In the medical report, the age of the victim has been stated to be 24 years and there is no external injury on her body. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
