JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 13-05-2026 Perused the Letter No. 467 dated 02.05.2026 of the Superintendent of Police, Nawada, along with the report dated 05.05.2026 of Police Inspector-cum-S.H.O., Pakribarawan P.S., Nawada, as well as the Death Certificate issued on 23.05.2024, issued by Department of Planning and Development, Government of Bihar, wherein it is indicated that during enquiry it came to light that the sole appellant, namely, Nandey Chaurasiya, is dead.
