The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 222/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

The police recovered five litres of country-made liquor, made of Mahua, behind the house of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner had not kept the country-made liquor. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case, but it appears that countrymade liquor was not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that from behind the house of petitioner only small quantity of country-made liquor is recovered, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his

No.46906 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P.S.
