The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Turkaulia/Raghunathpur P.S.Case No. 147 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits niece of this petitioner had also eloped with Amit Kumar, who is son of the present informant and informant's daughter had eloped with the son of the petitioner (Santosh Raut) and Amit Kumar and niece of the petitioner returned back and they have married but the son of the petitioner and informant's daughter still have not returned back and the petitioner had no role in their elopement and he is in custody since 12.05.2017 and police has submitted charge sheet. Having considered the aforesaid facts and
