2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 193 of 2026 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 626.40 liters of illicit liquor.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 5.6.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Considering the quantum of recovery of the illicit liquor, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43813 of 2026(4) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 193 of 2026.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Ara Muffasil Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
